JOIN manages model elements, allowing you to assign custom attributes to each one. This enables the integration of additional data that is not typically included in standard 3D models.
Furthermore, the built-in spreadsheet, fully synchronized with the model, allows for simple and intuitive data management, eliminating the need for external Excel exports.
3D Model
JOIN manages the parameters and attributes of 3D models by connecting directly to Revit or by using a built-in IFC viewer integrated into the software.
4D Time
JOIN manages project timelines by extracting data directly from the information within the models or linked price lists. Durations are calculated based on labor incidence or task productivity, and can be visualized through a built-in Gantt chart.
5D Cost
JOIN manages costs using rules that link price list items to quantities extracted from 3D model parameters. Calculation rules are based on filters applied to the specific elements that make up the model.
